This Privacy Policy explains how ProxAI ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the VoiceBridge app and related services (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: your phone number, used to create and secure your account.
  • Voice & audio: audio you record for translation, and — only if you opt in to voice cloning — a voice sample used to build your voice profile.
  • Conversation content: transcripts and translations of your sessions. For free users these are processed transiently and not stored after the session; for subscribers, history is stored only if you enable it.
  • Usage & device data: app version, language settings, and basic diagnostics needed to operate the Service.
  • Purchase data: subscription status validated through Apple. We never receive your card details.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide real-time translation, voice cloning, and AI avatar features.
  • To maintain your account, subscription, and usage limits.
  • To improve the quality and reliability of the Service.

3. What we do NOT do

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not use your conversations or your voice to train generic, third-party models.
  • Your digital self and personal data belong to you.

4. Third-party processors

To deliver the Service we use trusted providers strictly for processing on our behalf, including speech recognition and language AI providers, SMS verification, and cloud hosting. They process data only to perform their function.

5. Data retention & deletion

Free-session conversation data is discarded after the session. Stored history and voice profiles are kept until you delete them or close your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS/WSS) and stored with access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction).

8. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise them.

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date.

4. 第三方处理方

为提供服务，我们使用受信任的供应商代为处理，包括语音识别与语言 AI 供应商、短信验证、云托管等。它们仅为完成其功能而处理数据。

5. 数据保留与删除

免费会话的对话数据在会话结束后即丢弃。已保存的历史与声音档案在你删除或注销账户前保留。你可随时申请删除你的数据。

6. 安全

数据通过加密通道（HTTPS/WSS）传输，并以访问控制方式存储。没有任何传输方式是 100% 安全的，但我们会尽力保护你的信息。

7. 儿童

本服务不面向 13 岁以下（或你所在司法辖区规定年龄以下）的儿童。

  • 会話内容：セッションの文字起こしと翻訳。無料ユーザーは一時的に処理されセッション後は保存されません。有料ユーザーは有効化した場合のみ履歴を保存します。
  • 利用・端末情報：アプリのバージョン、言語設定、サービス運用に必要な基本的な診断情報。
  • 購入情報：Apple を通じて検証されるサブスクリプション状態。カード情報を受け取ることはありません。

2. 情報の利用目的

  • リアルタイム翻訳、音声クローン、AI アバター機能の提供。
  • アカウント、サブスクリプション、利用上限の管理。
  • サービスの品質と信頼性の向上。

3. 当社が行わないこと

  • 個人データを販売しません。
  • 会話や音声を汎用の第三者モデルの学習に使用しません。
  • あなたのデジタル・セルフと個人データはあなたのものです。

4. 第三者処理者

サービス提供のため、音声認識・言語 AI 事業者、SMS 認証、クラウドホスティング等の信頼できる事業者に当社に代わって処理を委託します。各事業者は機能遂行のためにのみデータを処理します。

5. 保持と削除

無料セッションの会話データはセッション後に破棄されます。保存された履歴と音声プロフィールは、削除またはアカウント解約まで保持されます。いつでもデータ削除を請求できます。

6. セキュリティ

データは暗号化された経路（HTTPS/WSS）で送信され、アクセス制御のもとで保存されます。完全に安全な送信方法は存在しませんが、情報保護に努めます。

7. 子どもについて

本サービスは13歳未満（またはお住まいの地域で定める年齢未満）の子どもを対象としていません。

8. お客様の権利

地域によっては、データへのアクセス・訂正・書き出し・削除の権利を有する場合があります。行使をご希望の場合はご連絡ください。
